Mitchell Law Group is led by attorney Tovah Mitchell, who brings legal, business, and project-management experience to work that often requires both careful analysis and practical follow-through.
Legal guidance with structure
Estate planning and administration are rarely just about preparing a document. Families need to understand how the pieces fit together: who has authority, how property is titled, what happens after signing, what deadlines matter, and what comes next.
That is why the firm's approach emphasizes clear explanations, organized next steps, and plans that can be implemented—not simply documents that sit in a folder.
About Tovah Mitchell
Tovah has practiced law in North Carolina since 2010. She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from North Carolina Central University and her undergraduate degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, and licensed North Carolina real estate broker.
Her background includes legal practice, project management, and business operations, giving her a practical perspective on planning, organization, and helping clients navigate complex decisions. Those experiences inform a client approach that values preparation, communication, accountability, and seeing a matter through from planning to execution.
Outside the office, Tovah is a wife and mother of two and is active in her children’s school community, her sorority, and community service. Those roles reinforce the practical, family-centered perspective she brings to planning conversations with clients.
